...and so on ...i mean boken/destucted maps simple textures and no dance/house musik themed music!
sure. drop 75% of all maps and music... and we have enough postapocalyptic games out there, nobody needs that...
its a suggestion ... i mean maybe its better, when mappers have a given theme and not mixed
each map could be a part of the world
or futuristic style each map no 1600 victorian style if victorian style then mied with future elements
this project is about fun, that means that everyone may do what he wants to do. a fixed theme would mean that lots of artists would be disappointed (additionally much content would be dropped, which is just unnecessary)
really, nobody wants that (at least i think /hope so)
If you want - goan' make an postapocaliptic map with postapocaliptic music with postapocaliptic players with postapocaliptic feel. And have fun
Xonotic is officially going in a clean futuristic direction (hopefully like Facility 114). People can, of course, do whatever the hell they want, but not everything will be accepted.

Actually, Xonotic not officially going any specific style at all (visually) yet. There haven't even been a art coordinator/director assigned yet.
