I can't find Gauntlet, but has sounds.
Game hasn't this gun.
I even prescribed sv_cheats and "give gauntled" and nothing works! Even g_balance_gauntled doesn't exist.

go to the archive and check it out.
Version 0.8.2 and 0.8.2autobuild.

I searched this cvar in https://xonotic.org/tools/cacs/#0a/0/ and it doesn't exist, I don't know what exactly are you searching about.
