FAILgun's operation is very simple:
It looks and functions just like the Hagar, the only difference being that the projectile is the word FAIL in a white impact font with a black border. When the projectile hits another player, it causes them to lose all (if any) competence. They either shoot themselves trying to look down the barrel of their own gun to see what happens when it goes BANG, get rammed by FAILboat or mess up a trick jump and end up smashing their groin into a blunt inanimate object.
The FART cannon name may be better applied to the Fireball instead:
1. Player drops a bad one
2. Lights it
