Given that all(?) members are either de-facto inactive or moved to another clan, I agree! Of course, machine as clan-leader has the final word on this.
@Aidan: Anyway, if you're interested in clan activity, you should absolutely check out the IRC channels on Quakenet, as there are a lot of active (or re-activated) clans currently. Also, have a look at this somewhat up-to-date thread for some info about active clans: http://forums.xonotic.org/showthread.php?tid=3594
