If this would be made sticky to prevent it from being hidden that would mean it gets protected from being hidden when it's most likely outdated. If it's not, it got updated by someone that is moderating it, but then again it wouldn't be inactive...

LOL! Well I figured out why it was hidden for me, somehow I had set the "show only threads from X ago" (or how it is called) to 5 days. But still, it doesn't have to be updated every two weeks if nothing changes, just to make sure it's displayed in the overview. I'd prefer to make it a sticky nonetheless.
