I definitely care. Good music is a good hook.
When I played my first map I wanted to play more to hear more of the music in the game, and then shared some of the tracks with friends.

Well not really anymore, it grew old after listening it everyday for 2 years.

I liked the music at first, but there is one song that I can't stand listening to: "sixtyfour". Since I heard that a few times I always play with the music off.
Most other songs I like, especially "quiet", but they have to be kind of relaxed and not too distracting.
