From what I see it looks like you have some experience with mapping. They way you carved the map out of one block is an iteresting way of doing it. This in between portal looks like from old quake maps and is a cool touch. I also like the structure and the layout. As a new mapper it'squite difficult to get the scales right. It wors but also feels a littel cramped. The teleporters are also a nice idea but also quite disorienting. For the misc_teleporter_dest I would set the speed flag. As of now when teleported it takes all your speed which hinders the flow. Maybe set it to 1000 so players can at maximum exit with a velocity of 1000. I do like the idea of the long corridors and cover while also having the opportunity to get teleported. In general I would scale your map by 150% maybe and redo the stairs because in Xon you need a little more space for strafing and the more skillful movement or else you feel quite limited which is less fun.
