The full text that's displayed to me sometimes when I'm trying to open the wiki is this:
Your Server Wrote:Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /projects/xonotic/wiki/Introduction_to_QuakeC on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

This happens to me to, I can't enter the dev tracker. In 95% of cases it displays only "Forbidden".

The problem was in the DNS setup and has been fixed on our DNS servers.
In about 2 hours the fix will be rolled out for everyone.
