Hmm.. nice young cheese. If that's how it's called in English. In Dutch it's called "Jonge Kaas".
In fact that's the only cheese I like!

I've never had that epoisses before -- it looks pretty amazing though. Next time I'm in a cheese shop I'll have to look for it.
I voted for other, and I think I'd have to put my vote in for gorgonzola.
