What is your favorite kind of cheese?

What a nice poll! My favorite cheese is a good Manchego, best combined with a good red wine.

I've never had that epoisses before -- it looks pretty amazing though. Next time I'm in a cheese shop I'll have to look for it.

I voted for other, and I think I'd have to put my vote in for gorgonzola.

Oaxaca Cheese. If you hadn't taste it you should go backpack to Mexico.

Though not my favorite, I think 'String Cheese' should have a place on that poll. It's the stringiest!

Provolone because it's used on St Louis style pizza which is the best form of pizza out there.

I have not had a cheese that can beat proper British Cheddar.
