When i hit someone, no matter the mutator or weapon, the hit sound is on an infinite loop. I've got a video with that here : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jyJVjfQ0SfQ&feature=youtu.be

That video does not show how it starts. Does this happen all the time? What gamecode do you run?

It happens when i hit someone, but if i hit for about 2 more times it stops. After a min it starts to do that again.

Do you have anything special going on in your server? I can not reproduce this.
Again, what gamecode do you run? I remember you had a patched gamecode, but is that based on git? Does it happen with unmodified gamecode?
I can not reproduce your problem since you provide no information.

you mean a qc? i dont know whats a gamecode
the server has no modifications, not even the voting ones, i dont quite use them

I had it happening on that infamous autobuild several days ago, which caused this:

After updating autobuild, issue was gone.

By gamecode I mean compiled qc stuff, yes. Can you please tell us what version you're using? Git? If so, what revision? Autobuild? If so, what date?
You're not using that unreal tournament sound thing?

it's like rafallus said. now its working. and yes. im still using the unreal tournament sounds, but that wasnt causing it. like posted in rafallus' link, its because of autobuild ver. updated and works now ^^. btw thx for giving attention
