That's the decision of map creators and they usually don't put this fun weapon.

Hm, maybee add damage to it, minor one? Proportoinal to distance from the playing tuba, not further then, lets say, 640 QU?

Uhm, Tuba does a bit of damage? Perfect weapon for me, you don't have to aim, just get close :o)

Yeah, but maybee it does damage to you too, unless: a) you are an alien with no ears or b) you dont grab a powerup "Builder's headset"

The server admin could use weaponrepelace to replace any weapon with a Tuba.
