Alternative weapon models - kojn^ - 08-05-2015
Can anyone link me to some alternative weapon models for Xonotic?
I've seen some in videos but no idea where they are available.

Which videos? Mods with alternative weapon models are pretty much just overkill and Jeff's resurrection afaik.

Yea I saw those models Beagle, does anyone know who actually made/packed them? I've asked Asgar (Islinn) who posted about them, but even he doesn't know who made them

Prophets Nex works on both - nexuiz & xonotic

Problem is I always kept the .pk3 with those models packed, but lost it along the years of re-installing my system. I am trying to contact some old Nexuiz people to get the gunmodels back, but I am not sure if they still have them.

If it's about the links, you can get them there with a fourth weapon
But warning, it works on nexuiz only (beside prophet's one as said Su)

I DO know that the Redroom gun is made by Redroom from NK or PK, and the two prophets models by lost from Prophets. The only one I don't know who made it is the q3 railgun, which was actually my favorite. I got it from Phil [PK] back then, but I never saw him again..

Islinn, tell me the model you want I probably have it.
The Models I have is DTG (2 Versions), Quake (2 Versions), prophets (5 versions) , red room gun, tuba nex , Xonotic nex (For nexuiz)
And Additional, I have the tombstone from DTG

Storm, most of the models work on Xonotic but when you use it on multiplayer its invisible.
Xonotic models work on Nexuiz but Nexuiz models on Xonotic is buggy. Its invisible or a default minsta in first person.
