Perhaps a simple request, perhaps a complicated one. But one can hope. The current Xon menu UI isn't very pretty to look at (in my opinion). Now, if a majority of players are perfectly happy with the current layout ~ disregard this suggestion. But it would be nice to see Xon get a face-lift.

Eh. Looks fine for now IMO
I mean, there's always something you could make more polished or flashy on the menu but I feel like it's not high enough in Xonotics "priorities" to be considered yet.

I like that its miniature versions of the 3 primary menus, and you don't lose your place going between them.
It looks kind of "meh" and there's probably more aesthetic ways to display the same "information", but probably isn't worth the extra effort.

Sure it could be more polished. One minor issue i have is that some scrollable panels looks a bit unfinished because they lack edges, also there are no dropdowns afaik but I don't see what would justify a complete redesign. Not everything has to be flat just because it's the newest fad these days.

No one actually said anything about a metro theme that every talentless hipster, nowadays, designs for their modern day app.
