Menu fails to load after recent update - Bloodthorn - 09-25-2018
Hello again,
After updating my system (regular update that included a kernel update and some other things, not terribly huge though) yesterday evening and the Xonotic git build this morning I am not able to play the game anymore since the menu doesn't even load. Since I didn't launch the game in between those two updates I don't know which one is at fault. The last git update before that I did yesterday morning, though and the game still worked fine after that so it has to be either the latest commits in the last 24 hours or my Fedora update.
The error I'm getting is:

I have no idea how to proceed; my graphics card seems to still work fine, videos play well, other 3D video games still work as before, just not Xonotic.
Any ideas?
Edit: tried a reboot, issue persists.

It's possible the copy of dfwc2017-6 you have locally is corrupt or something, since the game is unable to generate a mapinfo file for it.
