Applying video settings crash on Arch - cyrus_the_virus - 02-09-2025 Hi all, while using Arch, I just can´t update the video settings. I get this error message on the linux console: Video Mode: window 1920x1080x32x0.00hz X Error of failed request: BadValue (integer parameter out of range for operation) Major opcode of failed request: 146 () Minor opcode of failed request: 5 Value in failed request: 0x1400052 Serial number of failed request: 408 Current serial number in output stream: 408 Any ideas? Hi, I use sdl ![]() zen-kernel and nvidia-dkms library RE: Applying video settings crash on Arch - cyrus_the_virus - 04-05-2025 I believe it was due to Wayland. I moved to Xorg and works perfectly, even more fps. Last updates wreck Wayland for me :/ |
