For weapon settings you have the g_balance_* cvars (just type g_balance_ in the client console and press tab to get a list, or

For appearance, you need alternative weapon models, and you need to set them up correctly, that's complicated.
For map distribution, you need to host them yourself using a web server. Read Docs\mapdownload.txt.

I have no idea what you mean with "rcon command", do you know how rcon works? You need to set rcon_password on both the server and the admin client, then to type commands in the server from the client you do "rcon command", for example rcon sv_gravity 0
And to have different weapon models (which is by the way quite annoying in my opinion, doesn't make the game funnier at all), you need an alternate weapon model first. Do you have one? Does it work?

I delete the map on the client. / dlcache and I reconnect to the server.

No I'm not that type of "alternate weapon model first.
However there is a certain server that different laser than the original
it is not available in remote loading somewhere?

You have the model in dlcache. I suggest you contact the admin of that server, as the way to set this up depends on the package contents.
I'm not sure you understood the first comment for the map download, so I'll repeat it in french:
Dans ton server.cfg, il y a une ligne pour sv_curl_defaulturl, cette ligne commence par "//". Il faut enlever ce "//" pour que ça marche.

You can make a curl_urls file for this one map and use nexuizninjaz for the rest as described in Docs\mapdownload.txt.

Bug 2: dans le client la commande g_maplist retourne toujours les même map. Même si elle ne sont pas présente dans le serveur.cfg
les map son dans /home/nexiuz/Nexiuz/data
le fichier de configuration ce trouve dans /home/nexiuz/Nexiuz/data/server.cfg
j'ai fait un extrait de ce qu'on voit en console.
1 #code = console server (servre log)

3 #code = ls pour lister les map

rcon_secure must be the same on both sides too. The system time on the server and client must also be close enough for verification to work. Use ntp syncing on both systems.
g_maplist gets auto-filled with maps for the current gametype if you make it empty (rcon g_maplist "") and end the match (rcon endmatch)
Then you can copy the output of rcon g_maplist and use that or a subset of it in server.cfg
Currently your server.cfg has an empty maplist, it's auto-filled.

You have zero map on your client maplist. If you read attentively you'll see
"g_maplist" is ""
The default value is shown between brackets
But it does not matter what your client maplist is. You need to set it on the server.
rcon g_maplist will give you the list of maps.
rcon_secure 0 will make rcon vulnerable to packet sniffing, the password will be transmitted in cleartext. It fails when the times are not properly synchronized, and I suspect this is happening.
You can make rcon_secure 0, but it will only work with clients with rcon_secure disabled.

(btw, the map package is called elf.pk3 but that doesn't mean the map itself is called elf.bsp... If it's blah.bsp you need "blah" in the maplist)

The ICMP ping and ingame ping are not calculated the same way, and don't have the same accuracy. There's no reason to compare them, and I don't think you can improve it with options in server.cfg.
elf.pk3 is NOT a map, it's a player model. And not all maps are ctf-compatible indeed. Mappers have to put flags in their map for this.
