Xonotic Stained Glass Mosaic

I'm not super happy with how it turned out.
Thought it was worth sharing though.
I might try again someday but it cost about $250 for the supplies and around 60 hours of work.

Those white smudges on the glass are actually reflections in the groves of the glass. I can't do anything about it but they only show up in pictures. Otherwise u can't see them.

I'll probably paint the frame black.

(UPDATE! Big Grin i painted the frame black)

It would probably have popped a little more if you had used some more colour in the "surrounding" bits.

That said, the awsome-o-meter hits the top on this one =) very nice stuff!
I feel sorta inspired to go make a XoLogo totempole now Tongue

Looks good! Does this mean there's a church of Xonotic somewhere in the world now? Smile

Only thing I can say is that you should probably add the eye of the Phoenix and maybe make the top of the head a little less angular and more round.

I don't have the tool to cut holes into glass unfortunately. If i were to add an eye i would have to break the head into at least 2 pieces.

And i totally just didn't even notice the roundness on the top of the head <.< whoops
