how to install and wear mario hats?

Mario has recently added the hat code to his modpack https://github.com/MarioSMB/esk-modpack
The old version caused crashes.

The readme contains information on how to install it.

You'll also need the hats data package and set a couple cvars to enable hats.

Note that this is for servers, for clients you need to be connected to a server which has hats enabled.
