Several people have asked for my fancy item binds, so I decided to share them here.
The attached code is part of my (huge) autoexec.cfg, but it could also be put into a separate file and execed from there.
The it* aliases bind some item pickup messages + respawn notifications to the q, w, a, s keys (this can be changed by editing lb_itbinds). Respawn timers keep going even when the level ends, the dc alias can be used to stop them. The teamon/teamoff aliases can be used to specify whether these notifications are to be sent to the team, or just displayed locally.
