If you look carefully, you'll notice a couple of Xonotic trees in this map. The map is open source, of course, because I believe in open source.

Neon Sign Test Map. I created an animated gif to TGA + .shaders for Q3 map console command "giftoshader" in my modified DarkPlaces engine (Zircon) and made a test map with the results.
