[NEED HELP] Vortex Reticle

Anyone know why the reticle for the vortex is jacked up?? It shows the reticle but it’s bigger than the screen so I don’t really like it. Any way I can fix it?? I’m currently using cl_reticle_stretch 1 but it looks goofy.
