If you like zastavka, look for mxl_school
here. There are multiple versions floating around, none has proper shaders for all windows to be transparent but apart from that it can work in xon though it needs a lot of people.
As for large maps in general a) the engine is not particularly good at handling them b) in xon most weapons are useless past medium range so everything beyond that degenerates into vortex pissing matches. When i bring up this issue with vortex, people often claim that it's an issue with maps. No surprise mappers are not particularly motivated to make big ones.
