Xonotic packages in Linux distro repositories

#1
Information
Please reply with any Xonotic packages found in Linux distros.

I'm going to discount any 3rd party repository from this. Just the official distribution provided ones that anyone can access.

Your distro doesn't have Xonotic in their repository? Why not volunteer to your distribution to be the package maintainer for Xonotic?

Arch Linux
Released packages in [Community]

GIT packages in AUR
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?O..._Search=Go

Calculate Linux (via Portage)

Gentoo Portage
http://gentoo-portage.com/games-fps/xonotic

Sabayon (both Portage source and Entropy binary)
https://packages.sabayon.org/quicksearch...ic&x=0&y=0

At this stage there may not be many due to the prerelease phase of Xonotic but I'm sure it'll be added to.

Don't know if these are what you're looking for though.

An unofficial package unfortunately. Getting an official package in Ubuntu would be a big success if someone would be able to take up the packaging.

Added, along with Sabayon as they're both Gentoo based but with their own overlays and other tools. Sabayon has always supported Nexuiz and even included it in a standard release and run a Nexuiz server! Maybe this will be moved to Xonotic?

Great! Included this one. Gentoo still beat Arch in having it in an official repo as AUR isn't quite the same as Portage or Pacman. Still, rolling releases are wonderful. Now we just have to wait for the mainline distros to do their mascinations. Next Fedora/Ubuntu/SUSE/Mint/Mandriva?
