[CTF] Cube

It's a CTF map. Built with vehicles, instagib and hook in mind.
And thus features enough space for the vehicles as well as for hooking via ramps, slick parts and warpzones(and a secret... pshh).
It has the hook as weapon as well as the rifle and seeker.

Cube is running on the vehicle warfare server.

also a bit stqaggered that i couldnt find a map already named 'cube' in the xon stats ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Made some smaller adjustments to improve the flow as well as improve compatibility with instagib.
And fixed the minimap.
Removed the hook as collectible weapon.
