Hi,
I'm a big open-source "fan" (e.g. using and understanding GNU/Linux and trying to use only FOSS), also working on some other open-source / open-music projects.
Normally I'm not playing much games, but Nexuiz (and of course Xonotic, too) is different in any crazy way

I think Xonotic is a cool project and so I've decided to contribute in the future by creating maps and ideas for the game and maybe doing some other stuff, too.

PS: The Xonotic preview is really great and has many cool changes compared to Nexuiz.

I work with some other people on a german Creative Commons webradio called fishmixx, in the past as a DJ / moderator and at the moment mostly as a programmer.
Our last programming-project was a webpanel for pregenerated broadcasts (published under the GPL), I've done the whole PHP-part and a little bit of the HTML/CSS/JS-part.
