That's a woman, not a girl. She's like 30 or something.
Girls are like 12. Maybe you can call a female a girl upto 15. Maybe. Whenever their attitude changes to "playing the game" is when they're a woman. Women can play men like fiddles. Girls perhaps do not yet have the skill. Women control the world and the societal laws, the only man they might care about are their sons. Other men just get used.

i don't think the intent of the article was to argue the case of who was wronged in such situations. it was only satire... (diplomacy on a forum is ... difficult.)
