[BUG] Xonotic Should Fix This ASAP

This is on Windows 10 with desktop scaling set to 150%. Notice how everything displays wrong with the menus.

I have desktop scaling set to 150% because otherwise the text in Windows is a little on the small side.

(Also: as far I know, Windows 10 default scaling is 125%).
