Awesome map! Now I need to go find that Nex. 
You have hardly any health or armor bubbles anywhere (especially not armor). I would suggest adding more (like near the Hagar pickup).
I like the half-and-half idea with the drop off. Especially that neat pier thing going out into space. Very unique and cool for gameplay.
Another note: When you use the jet pack to climb up the tower, the modelling on the hills looks odd. Like in spectator mode. Might want to fix that.
