Xonotic's website supports TLS just fine and should redirect to the https:// version by default.

Even when on https://xonotic.org, the downloads are still served over plain HTTP by default. This could be fixed by simply changing the link to https://

I changed at least some of the links in this MR but i think Antibody is busy.

I was out of commission for a while but I'm back now. I'll look into it when I have free time.
