What's the difference between skill 10 and skill 100 bots?

Is there any difference at all between skill 10 and skill 100 bots? Obviously at 101 they become completely unmoored and aimbot like crazy, but is there even anything between 10 and 100? To me from some basic testing they seem to be the same. I like to play this game offline, but the bots are a bit easy below 101 when they become maniacs, just makes me curious. Also, what does the "8" next to the skill value mean?

Skill seems to be only between 0-10 looking at most parts of the code. The "8" is because the default is 8.
