[NEEDS INFO] force a refresh rate?

want to play at 1024x768 at 150hz but the game forces it to 100

vid_forcerefreshrate 1
vid_refreshrate 150

doesn't work. suggestions?

Your monitor probably isn't capable of it.

Forgot to add that the cvars you want are:

vid_userefreshrate 1
vid_refreshrate 150


Keep in mind that you can potentially damage your monitor if it doesn't support that refresh rate or that you might not even get a signal to it at all, in which case it's obvious that you shouldn't be trying to run it at that.
