I updated the "Compiling in Windows" wiki page

Here it is:

It explains how to set up MinGW, MSYS and msysgit to download, compile, run and update Xonotic from source. No more xonpatch silliness, automating this would be a major pain and would break quickly.

I'm the legend that wrote the ultra-crappy attempt at a guide before too! Hopefully this one is better. At least it doesn't contain scripts that break everything.
