[SUGGESTION] Flag Carrier Roaming for Bots

Right now, if they have the flag, they're at base, and the enemy still has the flag, they park themselves on the capture point instead of roaming to stack up.

+ also it'd be nice if they could throw a flag onto a player.

Bots give you the flag if you press F (+use / drop flag by default) near them.

Bots give you the flag if you press F near them.

(I rebound F to something like Hagar.)
