So, I'm here to get the Xonotic docs for Windows, but the wiki is do--, wait, no. Something's wrong with the wiki. I keep getting the 403 error. Oh, it seems the whole dev site is unaccessable.

The problem came up for the second time.

The problem is that most links go to http://dev.xonotic.org/projects/xonotic/* pages while it are for now accessible only at http://dev.xonotic.org/projects/3/*

Ah right, its broken again. Well, lets wait for -z- to fix it, hope he have the time to do it.

Your second link gives me the 404: "The page you're looking for is missing or does not exist"

It shouldn't be a link. Try without asterisk (*), like this:
http://dev.xonotic.org/projects/3/
