Controlfactor v3

Just wanted to say a big well done to Tzork for creating a truly epic map: Controlfactor v3.

The quality is outstanding and I think that it should merged (maybe after a few changes to some of the textures and the location of the jump pads).

Download it here.

How old is this map? Smile

Well it has been on the map compile server for 8 days, but that is all I know.

I don't have an older version.

Still, it's sweeeet. Tongue

_v3 is a recompile of _v2r3 with Xonotic textures & models. A more "Xonotified" version is in the works.

Great, I still think it's one of the best CTF maps.

Sorry to bump, but it would be great to see someone update this even further. It's an incredible map!

Any screenshots?

That map looks awesome, is it for ctf?

<bluez> halogene, you make awesome music, but you have no clue about ctf.
<Halogene> I didn't know mappers include some mysterious waypoints so members of the BOT clan can navigate a map?

read the old forum post ... someone said this "ARE YOU NUTTS??? Did you know that map is 15 . 7 MB? " ...

... yeah um...

Game file sizes have become a joke!

I recently downloaded a 4/5gb patch for BF3! 5 years ago, an whole game could be that big!

hutty, if it's using stock textures, what's the normal size for a map now?
