cl_decals_time and cl_decals_fadetime don't work
I set them to 999 each, the decals still dissapear (don't even fade, just gone) after 2 seconds. The new decal system is enabled. Restarted map too.
Also: is there a way to get decals to stick to actual player models? So they can be covered in blood? If not, might be a cool option (that decal-on-model option doesn't seem to do anything)
