Statuses for Help & Troubleshooting
In an effort to reduce noise, help resolve issues, and communicate status on threads at a glance, posts are now required to have a prefix.
If we see [NEED HELP] with no responses, those should be at the top of the support queue because it means a question has been answer with sufficient information that has no answer.

- [NEED HELP] post has complete info, needs someone to answer
- [NEEDS INFO] people want to answer, don't have enough info
- [BUG] confirmed bug, preferably with a reference link to tracker
- [FIXED] this bug has been fixed in git, preferably with a reference link to tracker
- [SOLVED] thread has an answer, ideally the Original Poster (OP) will edit their own post to reflect this status.
