I'm from South Africa, but host Xonotic servers in the UK. Us South African gaming expats are all over the place.
It would be cool if someone with the means to host a server in dedicated South Africa. Dedicated servers are a luxury in South Africa, but it could probably lead to a community.

Perhaps a mention of Xonotic in SA media (NAG magazine still alive?) would help, get a bunch of South African FPS guys on a server.
