[SUGGESTION] Ability to adjust the size of the flares in the Low settings

Here's an example
I think that they don't need to be so large as they obstruct the view quite a bit. I don't think they need to be that big.

select "no dynamic lighting"

... I want this too ... because .. I like to see the flares. ... just I want to see my rocket too
