[NEED HELP] Netradiant Xonotic support version

The Netradiant's Xonotic support in Arch package seems more recent than the one listed in our gitlab wiki.

The Arch files use the name "Insta" and our wiki has files using the name "Minsta". I'm getting the cue of recency from that. Is that incorrect?

Anyway, if I'm correct about which version is newer, shall we update our file?

Also, what's our workflow to submit Xonotic updates to Netradiant upstream?
