LAN server console commands

Hey all, I was wondering if there is a list of all the server admin console commands I can use while hosting a LAN server.

Things like:
Moving players from 1 team to an other
Setting player health values
And any other commands that might be fun for some messing about

You can set values using the prvm_* commands as described here.
