[NEEDS INFO] [Bug]Hagar secondary automatically fires if <4 ammo

As in title, having <4 rocket ammo, try loading hagar secondary - you can't hold it down at all (if having more ammo, you can hold loaded gun for a few seconds before firing), it fires immediately when ammo count hits zero.
