[SOLVED] FPS capped at 30

Tin can with rgb lights

For some reason no matter what settings I use the fps does not go above 30. Set everything to max, 30. Set everything to low, 30. I've tried messing around with various settings and nothing changes.

It was working fine but now I am having this issue. I haven't made any changes to xonotic before the issue started.

nvm it was an issue with my pc
