[SUGGESTION] buddy search function, average statistics, etc

Here are some (I hope new) ideas: could be usefull

- to have a buddy search function, which would look for a given player name over all public servers,
- to accumulate statistics over all played matches,
- to be able to add some non-public servers in the server list.

yeah some servers do that, maybe Xonotic should provide an easy way to do that, don't know how but I think at least it can implement some features to make it easy to create stats
