Custom sounds

Hi all!
I want to use custom sounds on my server.
What it is necessary to make that other users could hear them too?
My sounds.pk3 file is downloaded on the client machine, but it doesn't give any effect...

Take a look at datapacks from other servers that do this. If i recall correctly, the data packs are read one after another and the last pack that is read will be used, so make sure the file is named in a way that will make it be read last by the engine.

(was it higher value = higher priority?)

and who made the custom sounds?
