[SUGGESTION] Tutorial collection

My proposal is simple: let's define an official place where people can post links to tutorials that would be useful for Xonotic artists, for example tutorials like this one: http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?t=373024

Would a stickied forum thread work well enough for this? Or would perhaps a wiki page be better, since anyone can edit a wiki page.
