Well it came from a movie trailer that was used when Stargate SG-1 was being filmed years ago. There were several props in the trailer and buddy gave me one.

From further research the size of the Serpent Guard helmet seem like the proper size but not sure why it was mounted like that. Maybe it was a statue in one of the Goa'uld ships?

It will fit on the head but it has a wooden/metal mount fiberglass to the inside not sure if its made like that or someone added it but the stand looks like it was made professionally.
