Can I Make an Edge Shader?

I'm not talking about celshading/fat-boy outlines, I'd like to have every single edge in my map marked in black, creating an outline effect.
Is this possible, and does anyone know how?

You should be able to modify the celshader .shader file to better fit your uses. By default, it does indeed stick out a lot, but I'm sure it can be tweaked.

I have it thinner to look more like an outline, but I was more interested in getting it to show up on all visible edges, regardless of their angle (i.e. The seam between a floor and a wall should have a black outline too).

Again, is this something that can be achieved using shaders?
