Yeah, I agree with Lee. If such a thing is implemented, it must not interfere with speedy respawning. It can fit in the window between getting shot and respawning, though.

Solution is really simple: make it optional.
Those who like to watch their insides fly around having fun with ech other will use it - those who die 5 times in a single second in minstagib game - won't. Simple.

As soon as the player hits jump or whatever key is used to rejoin, stop the gib parade and let him join again. No need for an extra cvar or something to control it..
